All orders are processed and handed to the courier within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it on its way.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it: unworn and unused
• With tags still attached and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

We're sorry about that. Email us at customerservice@oshiclo.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item you received
• The item you originally ordered

We'll send the correct item out to you free of charge, or issue a full refund.

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@oshiclo.com.

Include your order number and a description of what's missing and we'll sort it out immediately.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier. Once dispatched:

• UK Standard: 2–5 working days
• International: 7–14 working days

During busy periods such as Black Friday or Bank Holidays, allow extra time for delivery. We're not responsible for courier delays but we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
