Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservicecustomerservice@oshiclo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 35 Benningholme Lane, Skirlaugh, HU11 5EA

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at oscarhilton@oshiclo.com.

Orders and Shipping

We aim to get your order out fast. All orders are processed and handed to the courier within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order on its way.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier, especially during busy seasons.

Additional Info

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
  • You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is on the move.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Sizing and fitting


Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, streetwear-inspired fit. To help you find your perfect size, a detailed size guide is available directly underneath each product when you select it. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a looser fit, or staying true to size if you prefer a cleaner look.

  • Will sold-out items be restocked?

    Some pieces are limited runs and won’t come back once they’re gone. If an item is set to restock, we’ll let you know through our socials and newsletter.

  • Are your products unisex?

    Yes — all of our pieces are designed to be worn by anyone. Fits are generally relaxed, but you can always check the size guide under each product for specifics.

  • How should I wash and care for my clothes?

    We recommend washing on a gentle cycle at 30°C, inside out, and air drying to keep your pieces looking fresh for longer. Avoid tumble drying or ironing over prints/embroidery.

  • Where are your products made?

    Our garments are produced with trusted manufacturers who share our focus on quality and attention to detail. Materials and production locations vary depending on the item — check the product description for more info.

  • What fabrics do you use?

    We mainly work with cotton, heavyweight blends, and technical fabrics chosen for durability, comfort, and style. Each product description includes fabric details so you know exactly what you’re getting.

  • Do your clothes shrink after washing?

    All of our garments are pre-shrunk where possible to minimize changes after washing. Following the care instructions will help them keep their fit and shape.
